Adspot Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Abalon LLC ("Adspot," "we," "us"), with a business notice address of 1549 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL 33161, collects, uses, discloses and retains information in connection with the Adspot Marketplace. Adspot is a business-to-business marketplace; this notice covers information about the business representatives, company accounts and campaigns that use the Marketplace, not a consumer storefront.

We collect only what is needed to authenticate users, administer company membership, operate bookings and campaigns, provide support, prevent fraud, and keep invoicing and legal records:

• Account information: name, business email, password (stored hashed), role and authentication records.
• Company information: legal/trade name, business address, company kind (supplier or advertiser), verification status and supporting documentation you submit for verification.
• Inventory and Listing information: advertising-space details a Supplier submits (location, format, dimensions, pricing, availability, restrictions).
• Booking and campaign information: requested/accepted dates, price snapshots, campaign creative, approvals, Responsibility Document acceptance records, and proof-of-display evidence.
• Communications: support tickets, campaign-related messages, and notices you send us.
• Payment-reference information: PayPal order, capture and payout identifiers and status. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers; card data is handled directly by PayPal.
• Audit and security information: login and administrative-action logs, IP address, device/browser information, and superadmin review decisions (e.g., verification and moderation actions), used for security and accountability.

We use the information above to: operate and secure the Marketplace; verify company accounts; create, price, display and fulfill Bookings; process payment through PayPal and disburse supplier payouts; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; maintain required business, tax and legal records; and communicate with you about your account, Bookings or this notice. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising unrelated to operating the Marketplace.

We disclose information: to PayPal, to process payment and payouts; to our hosting and database provider (Supabase) and other infrastructure and email-delivery vendors, to operate the service; to the Supplier or Buyer counterparty on a Booking, limited to the information needed to fulfill that Booking (e.g., company name, campaign instructions, proof of display); to professional advisers (legal, accounting) as needed; and where required by law, subpoena or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Adspot, our users or the public. We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

The Marketplace uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for authentication and session management. If Adspot enables additional analytics or advertising cookies in the future, this notice will be updated before they are activated, consistent with Section 9.

We retain account, company, Booking, campaign, payment-reference and legal-acceptance records for as long as your Company Account is active, and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal-recordkeeping obligations. We retain such records for up to 7 years after account closure unless a longer period is required by law or a shorter period is directed by the account holder and permitted by law.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including authenticated, role-scoped database access controls, encrypted transport, and audit logging of administrative actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you or your company by contacting us at the address in Section 11, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes. If you are a representative of a business customer whose data we process on that customer's documented instructions, requests about that data should first be directed to the business customer.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended, including by the CPRA) or another state privacy law applies to a given processing activity, we will honor the access, deletion, correction and non-discrimination rights it provides, and where Adspot acts as a "service provider" or "contractor" for a business customer's personal information, we will process it only for the documented business purposes that customer specifies, and will not sell or share it, consistent with that customer's instructions and applicable law. We do not represent that our current practices have been evaluated for or certified as CCPA/CPRA-compliant; applicability and request-handling procedures are being confirmed.

We may update this notice by publishing a new version at this location with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified to active Company Accounts by email or in-product notice at least 10 days before they take effect.

The Marketplace is a business-to-business service intended for use by business representatives who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the service is not directed to children.
